InMyEar provides AI-generated analysis of dating and interpersonal conversations submitted by users.

The service is intended to provide an additional perspective on a conversation. It does not make decisions for you and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, mental-health, financial, or other professional advice.

InMyEar uses artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, subjective, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

You remain responsible for how you interpret an analysis and for any message, decision, or action you take after using InMyEar.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account.

You retain responsibility for conversation text, screenshots, and other content you submit to InMyEar.

You represent that you have an appropriate right or lawful basis to submit that content for analysis and that your use of InMyEar will not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or another person.

You may not use InMyEar to engage in unlawful activity, harassment, stalking, threats, impersonation, exploitation, fraud, unauthorized surveillance, or other harmful conduct.

You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, bypass, overload, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to InMyEar or its underlying systems.

InMyEar may offer a paid subscription called InMyEar Pro. Current pricing and included features are displayed before you complete checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable recurring price until canceled.

Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

You may manage or cancel an active web subscription through Manage Pro in InMyEar.

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain Pro access until that period ends.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.

We may change features, subscription pricing, or usage limits over time. Material pricing changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.

InMyEar relies on third-party services including OpenAI, Supabase, and Stripe. Your use of features involving those providers may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

InMyEar, including its branding, interface, software, design, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of InMyEar or permission to copy, resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly permitted.

We work to keep InMyEar available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InMyEar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InMyEar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the service.

You are responsible for your own communications, relationships, decisions, and actions.

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, third parties, or to address violations of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms may be updated as InMyEar changes. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
